Collection of personal information
CSF collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities selected. Your e-mail address will only be used by CSF. CSF does not rent, sell or otherwise distribute information to anyone outside the CSF organization. Please note that any information you post to a public bulletin board or chat room is available to all persons accessing that site.

CSF's website utilizes registration forms for most programs it offers. These forms require users to provide relevant contact, attendance, method of payment and demographic information. It may be used to contact you when necessary. Payment information is used to process registrations and collect payment for conferences, workshops and seminars. This information is transmitted via a secure website transaction.
Security and Passwords
www.c-s-f.org maintain a secure process to collect, transmit and store your personally identifiable information and to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under CSF's control. You may review or change account information at any time by contacting us at: info@c-s-f.org.
You shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password. CSF urges you to keep your password in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone, and to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to the site. This ensures that others cannot access your account, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet cafe. Acceptance of Terms
CSF has created this Web site (the "Site") containing information, documents, and products (collectively, the "Materials") and various services operated by www.c-s-f.org, for your use, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the "Terms of Use"). By accessing or using this Site, which includes your access to or use of any of the Services, you agree to the Terms of Use. www.c-s-f.org reserves the right to to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use, and to change the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. By uploading, posting or transmitting material through the Site, you warrant and represent that such material complies with the foregoing guidelines for Member Conduct.
Nature and Use of Materials
The Materials provided are done so as examples to advance the public interest or educational and guidance purposes only. This Site is for informational purposes only. Materials are not meant to be used as standard or model forms. The Site should not be construed as providing specific commercial, financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice. These documents have been drafted to meet the unique needs of the organizations which provided them, the content may not be appropriate for other organizations. Monitoring
CSF shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Site, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by CSF and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. CSF shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, to refuse to post or to remove any material submitted to or posted on the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, CSF shall have the right to remove any material that CSF, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof, illegal or otherwise objectionable.
No Use By Children Under 13
The Site is designed for use by adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13 ("Minors"). CSF cannot prohibit Minors from visiting the Site and must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or download. CSF complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, do not permit registration by nor issue passwords to Minors and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Minors without prior written parental permission.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement and any operating rules for www.c-s-f.org established by CSF constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.
